The Equinoxe Platform Shoulder System by Exactech is a versatile shoulder implant platform offering “reversatility”—allowing intraoperative conversion between primary, hemi, and reverse shoulder procedures without removing the humeral stem. The innovative Preserve stem design preserves distal humeral bone while ensuring optimal stability and fixation.
